TORALIN EGR Valve and Intake Manifold Cleaner for Diesel Engine

NO DISASSEMBLY REQUIRED!

The new TORALIN EGR & Diesel Air Intake Cleaner cleans EGR valves, throttle valves, air intake valves, swirl flaps and the entire air intake system.  The special chemical composition dissolves deposits with ease yet without costly disassembly. Removes combustion residues and carbon deposits from the EGR and the crankcase ventilation system.

Use TORALIN Diesel EGR & Air Intake System Cleaner in case of the following problems:
For deposits such as soot and carbon in the air intake system.
For dirty intake valves, swirl flaps and combustion chamber
For dirty EGR valves, throttle valves.

Directions:
Please note: a TORALIN EGR Cleaning Tool is also required before commencing the treatment (Pr.Nr. 95626). This is available separately and is NOT included.
1. Start the engine and let it run until the operating temperature is reached.
2. Set the TORALIN Cleaning Disk to 'open'.
3. Use the other end of the transparent hose to connect the TORALIN Cleaning Disk with the cleaner bottle. Turn off the engine.
4. When the engine is stationary, disconnect the hose from the air mass meter.
5. Connect the Cleaning Disk to the hose and set it at half open.
6. Start the engine. Let the engine run at a rotational speed of ca. 2000 RPM. Make sure the engine runs evenly.
7. After 1 minute, stop the engine and let the cleaner soak in. (3-4 min.)
8. Repeat step 7 several times until all the cleaner liquid is finished. Stop the engine.
When the cleaning process is finished, hose off the entire surface with the air hose. Spray throttle and the air supply valve with lubricant spray. Start the engine and let it run idle 2-3 minutes, then turn off the engine again.

Dosage: 1 bottle is sufficient for a passenger car or minivan. A second bottle may be required in case of very dirty systems.

The TORALIN EGR Cleaning Tool is intended for cleaning EGR valves and the entire air intake system without disassembly. The Cleaning Disk is especially developed for use in combination with the TORALIN Diesel EGR & Air Intake System Cleaner (Item number 92017).
