14 day cooling-off period
Any product purchased from www.toralin.com can be returned and/or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
You have 14 days (the cooling-off period starts on the day you receive the product) to return any product purchased from Toralin; you do not need to give a reason for the return. The product must, however, be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. We make a charge for any product that has been used or damaged, and deduct this from the amount to be refunded.
The costs of returning the product must be paid by the customer.
If you wish to return a product, you must notify us by sending an email to email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Did you order the wrong product?
Despite the fact that you carefully chose the item(s) you ordered, it may well be that you unintentionally chose the wrong product for your needs. You can then use our returns procedure.
Have you received the wrong product or is your order incomplete?
On receipt, always check that the delivery is complete and correct. If an incorrect item has been delivered, or an item is missing, please report this by email to our customer service department: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ensure that any error on our part is remedied as quickly as possible.
Have you received a damaged or defective item?
If you have received a damaged or defective item, you should notify our customer service department as set out above. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation for you as quickly as possible.
Please follow these instructions to return a product to us:
Send an email to email@example.com indicating your order number, invoice number and customer number, and giving a description of the product concerned.
We will send you a reply within 24 hours, explaining how you should return the product.
If at all possible, please send the items back undamaged and in their original packaging. Do not write on the packaging or attach stickers to it. Ensure that the parcel is well packed.
As soon as your parcel is received, we will send you an email to confirm receipt; we will credit your account and refund your payment if applicable.
Any problems arising in connection with the return of goods are always for the risk of the sender. You should therefore ensure that you keep your proof of posting until we have sent you a message to confirm that the parcel has been received. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

"The entrepreneur will refund all payments made by the consumer, including any charges imposed by the entrepreneur for delivery of the product. Refunds will be made without delay but within 14 days of the day on which the consumer reports his intention to cancel the transaction. Except where the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may delay repayment until either (a) the product has been received or (b) the consumer can prove that the product has been returned, depending on which date comes first. Except where the consumer agrees to a different method, the entrepreneur will use the same form and method of payment for refunds as that used by the consumer.
