External - Leak Stop for R134a & R1234yf A/C Systems

WHAT IS EXTERNAL?
EXTERNAL is a leak stop to be applied externally on vehicles air conditioning systems components.

Specifically designed to effectively seal all types of leakages up to 5 mm on metal and rubber components of a system, EXTERNAL is resistant to lubricants, additives and refrigerant gases. It actually resists to temperature changes and can be indifferently used both on the side of high and low pressure (hot or cold).

• It can be used on metal components of the system such as copper, aluminum and steel.
• It can be used on thermoplastic tubing.
• It resists mineral lubricants, POE, PAG, PAO and alkyl benzene.
• It resists refrigerant gases CFC, HFC, HCFC, CO2, R32 and R1234yf included.
• It is resistant to flushing liquids, Chlorinated ones included.
• It resists to a temperature range from -100 °C up to + 270 °C.

The pressure resistance depends on the size of the loss:
5 mm = 40 bar
2 mm = 50 bar
1 mm = 57 bar
